The classic face masks to be applied abundantly on the skin and left on for ten or more minutes have existed since ancient times, while fabric masks have been a trend (especially on Instagram) in recent years. Known as sheet masks, they are real sheet masks, made of fiber, cotton, cellulose or coconut pulp, with holes for nose, mouth and eyes.
How do they work
Face sheet masks work nothing more or less like a normal mask that moisturizes, brightens and nourishes the skin of the face. These sheets, soaked in a cocktail of ingredients and active ingredients, must be left for 15 or more minutes on the face leaving the mixture that is soaked in the mask itself to act. A period of time in which to relax and let the active ingredients act in absolute tranquility.
