Goods can be returned only after the customer support approval and may be accompanied with the original sales receipt, unopened, and in original individual package.
Returns
You can return goods using any postal service or courier service company. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper that allows you to track your package. Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.
